HOW TO EXERCISE DOMINION WITH STRATEGIC FORESIGHT

"And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had Understanding of the Times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment." 1 Chronicles 12:32 (KJV)
Dominion is a Mandate given to all men by the Lord God Almighty in Creation. God Himself is the King of the whole Universe, and it is a known fact that every king does not only reign over a territory but also expands his influence and Dominion to other territories. Man's job is to reign and exercise Dominion upon the Earth on behalf of God as His vice-regent (Ps. 115:16). In order to be able to do our job effectively as God's Instrument of Dominion in the Earth realm, we have to be equipped with Strategic Foresight. Without this, we are at a great disadvantage because in order to BE ahead, we have to SEE ahead.
Strategic Foresight is the ability to see the Future and strategically prepare and position oneself for it. You need to see the Future in order to own it. Strategic Foresight is a combination of Strategy (planning) and Foresight (Vision and Prophecy). Strategic Foresight is crucial for exercising Dominion, which is not possible without the Foresight gained from Prophecy, History (Hindsight), Study, and Observation.
Most Christian believers fail to realize that Prayer alone is not enough. We must learn to watch trends, study current affairs, fact-find, and in our Prayers, pray for Prophetic Foresight. We must study History and learn from it because the Future is concealed within the past. The Holy Bible says so emphatically: "History merely repeats itself. It has all been done before. Nothing under the Sun is truly new" [Ecc.1:9 NLT]. It is those that saw the Future, planned and positioned for it, that are those that end up ruling and reigning over those who didn't see the future or plan for it.
PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, we magnify You for Who You are. O Lord, Your Word declares in Jeremiah 33:3, "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee Great and Mighty things, which thou knowest not." Therefore Lord, we ask You to open our eyes and grant us Understanding of Prophecy, trends and history that we may be able to plan strategically and exercise Dominion on Your behalf in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.
